OPERATOR

Hands-On. Fast-Paced. Team-Driven. Are you someone who likes working with your hands, staying active, and being part of a production team that gets things done? We're looking for punch press, clicker and/or slitters operators who are ready to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing manufacturing environment. As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in the production process—cutting materials to exact specifications using industrial machinery. You'll be trained on our processes and work closely with the Production Supervisor to keep operations running smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Operate small and large machinery including punch presses, clickers, slitters , and more Cut product accurately according to specifications Coordinate with the Production Supervisor on daily production schedules Load, unload, move, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment Separate cut materials from finished product and package into cardboard boxes Perform quality inspections as part of the Quality Management System (QMS) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Identify and take action on any unsafe conditions Support the manufacturing team with additional duties as assigned To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
