Job Summary Production Operators are responsible for operating machines, tools, and materials to build high‑quality tires according to specifications and established procedures. These positions are both machine‑assisted and manual operations. Operators may be assigned to different departments as needed. Primary Responsibilities Production work across various departments as assigned Start, operate, tend, stop, and clean machines Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications Inspect products for defects and accuracy Maintain clean and orderly equipment and work areas Perform miscellaneous operations as required Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies Remove scrap and waste material Read and interpret gauges, specifications, and prints Record data and complete check sheets Ensure daily production schedules are met Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety rules Work collaboratively with team members to maximize productivity Follow all company policies and ISO requirements Take direction from supervisors Lift up to 75 lbs. or more as required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout and PPE is a plus Strong mechanical and mathematical skills preferred Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools Ability to read schedules, specifications, and prints Basic computer experience is a plus Valid Driver's License (Required)
