The Operator II is an advanced operator capable of being assigned to any work center within the facility and successfully operating the equipment. This role supports safe, efficient production and ensures compliance with company and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Perform duties of Operator roles, including: Visually monitoring the molding process Packing parts from injection molding and assembly machines Inspecting product quality and packaging to ensure specifications are met Lifting and carrying totes, and packing in accordance with weight or count Change and stock materials at machines (bags, daily supplies, etc.) Collaborate with Operator III to maintain safe and efficient production Read, comprehend, and adhere to company policies, as well as FDA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards Interpret and follow instructions and written procedures Support company safety and quality programs and initiatives Perform other duties as assigned, based on departmental needsJob Specifications:
Minimum 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing role within a similar industry/environment Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Work Instructions, and Product Specifications Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Ability to walk and stand for long periods Proficient in reading and writing English; able to interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Experience using scale, tape gun, and pallet jack Proficient with computers, includingSAP and Microsoft Outlook Benefits:
