RESPONSIBILITIES

Material Handling Change Chip Bins Wash Parts Maintain Coolants in Machines Follow instructions when given a project and take notes for personal growth. Check in salvage work and move to their respective workstations Remove finished work and move to their next process Assist team leader Record production daily Identify and isolate non-conforming products Properly and safely Load / Unload Machine Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized Assist as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Obtain and maintain forklift certification Operate forklift safely The ability to work independently and closely follow directions is essential. Problem Sensitivity - The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem. Approaches others in a tactful/respectful manner React well under pressure. Follows through on commitments.
