General Production Worker Job Description We are seeking a skilled general production worker trained in electronic assembly of switches for diverse sectors including military, government, agriculture, and healthcare. The role involves meticulous handling of small parts, requiring excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Responsibilities Perform electronic assembly tasks with precision. Utilize hand tools to build various component parts. Gather necessary materials efficiently. Place components accurately onto PC boards. Work independently at assigned stations, both standing and sitting throughout the day. Essential Skills Experience with electronic assembly and soldering. Proficiency in using small and precision hand tools. Strong attention to detail and dexterity. Additional Skills & Qualifications Possessing a solder certification is advantageous but not mandatory. Experience with pick and place equipment can lead to adjusted pay rates. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.40 - $15.40/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
