We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Associate to join our team at Gotion's state-of-the-art facility in Manteno, IL. The Production Associate will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the production line by ensuring high standards of process stability, quality, and efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and equipment. Job Responsibilities Assemble battery packs and related components with precision and attention to detail. Perform quality inspections and spot checks to maintain our high standards. Operate and maintain equipment, including regular cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance. Contribute to a clean and organized workspace according to 5S principles. Utilize tightness testing equipment to ensure product integrity. Adhere to safety protocols, including proper handling of materials and waste disposal. Follow material safety data sheets (MSDS) and emergency response procedures.
