Production Associate•YinlunWe are currently seeking motivated and dependable Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This position offers competitive pay, shift differential opportunities, and the chance to work in a highly automated production environment.

Pay$18.00•20.00 per hourAdditional $1.00 per hour shift differential for 3rd Shift employeesAvailable Shifts1st

10:00 PM•6:00 AMJob ResponsibilitiesOperate highly automated production equipment, including robotic arms and thermal welding machinesInsert materials and monitor automated manufacturing processesPerform spot welds, stop welds, check welds, flare welds, and assemble Marmon ringsConduct routine quality inspections to ensure product standards are metMaintain a clean and organized work area while following all company safety proceduresAssist with machine changeovers and provide general production line supportQualifications & RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods throughout the shiftAbility to lift between 35-50 lbs. as neededComfortable working in a fast-paced, automated manufacturing environmentStrong attendance, reliability, and teamwork skillsPrevious manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
