Production Team Member Morton, IL 2nd Shift $18.25/Hour Responsibilities or job duties: Your attention to detail and dedication to maintaining the highest quality standards will contribute to the success of our company and help bring fresh, delicious food to tables across the country. Carefully hand-sort product to ensure it meets our quality standards and check for any defects. Operate bag-filled cup filling machines to deposit products into sealed pouches, ensuring precise measurements. Assist in transferring finished pouches to cooking racks and moving unfinished product from tubs to belts. Safely package cooked products into trays, boxes, and tubs, ensuring correct labeling and adherence to weight and temperature requirements. Follow company recipes to combine ingredients and cook soups, maintaining consistency and high-quality output.
Qualifications:
HS diploma/
