About the Role As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our production floor by managing mechanical equipment to ensure high-quality output. You will be responsible for maintaining production efficiency, verifying component precision, and contributing to a safe, high-performance manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor mechanical production equipment to meet daily output targets. Conduct rigorous quality inspections to ensure all items adhere to strict product specifications. Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensional accuracy. Perform routine troubleshooting and equipment adjustments to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Interpret complex blueprints and technical work instructions to guide production processes. Execute first-piece inspections and maintain detailed, accurate production documentation. Uphold all safety, environmental, and quality compliance standards throughout the facility. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven ability to operate machinery safely and effectively. Proficiency in using precision measurement instruments. Strong ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and work instructions. Basic mathematical aptitude for production calculations. Preferred Skills Experience with preventative maintenance on mechanical systems. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production setting.
