The position sits within the Talent Acquisition team and is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting across multiple manufacturing functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to build strong, consistent talent pipelines. Schedule Full time, onsite. Compensation $95,000 to $120,000 per year, based on skills, experience, and qualifications. Eligible for participation in a quarterly incentive pay program. What You'll Do This role manages full lifecycle recruitment for salaried positions across engineering, technical, professional, and managerial functions within a manufacturing environment. The Recruiter partners with hiring managers to understand role requirements and long term workforce needs, then sources, screens, and interviews candidates to keep the process efficient and high quality. Building and maintaining pipelines of strong talent is a core part of the role, drawing on internal databases, job boards, social media, and professional networks. Beyond day to day recruiting, this person develops relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners to support a positive candidate experience, and contributes to employer branding efforts that position the company well within the manufacturing industry. The role also involves staying current on labor market trends and compensation benchmarks, tracking recruiting metrics to identify process improvements, and participating in campus recruiting programs and industry events. Compliance with employment laws and company policy is expected throughout the recruitment process. Required Qualifications 3 to 7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings, with a focus on salaried employees Proven experience managing full lifecycle recruiting for engineering, technical, professional, and managerial roles Strong sourcing skills, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast paced environment Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Global recruiting experience for engineering, operations, and technical roles in a manufacturing environment, particularly in Canada or Mexico Familiarity with workforce planning and talent pipeline development Experience with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies Compensation and Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short and long term disability Life insurance Health club membership and reimbursement Employee assistance program Tuition reimbursement 401k plan Annual profit sharing Paid vacation Specific benefit details to be confirmed with the employer To apply , submit your resume for consideration.
