- Manufacturing (Salaried Employees) We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment for salaried positions across multiple manufacturing functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce needs, and long-term talent goals.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality and efficient recruitment process.
- Build and maintain pipelines of top talent for key roles, leveraging internal databases, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice within the manufacturing industry.
- Stay up to date on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Track and report recruiting metrics to identify areas of improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.
- Participate in campus recruiting programs, industry events, and professional associations to identify potential candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3-7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings, with a focus on salaried employees.
- Proven experience managing full lifecycle recruiting for engineering, technical, professional, and managerial roles.
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring.
Preferred:
- Global experience recruiting for engineering, operations, and technical roles in a manufacturing environment. in Canada and/or Mexico is a plus.
- Familiarity with workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
- Experience with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies. Compensation and Benefits
- Typical pay range: $95k
- $120k annually (based on skills, experience, and qualifications).
