GED Full Job Description Shift:
7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts) Weekends required Alternating schedule that switches each week Shifts may be traded with similarly trained teammates Overtime paid after 40 hours per week Double Time paid after 48 hours per week
Overview:
Stable company with no history of layoffs Looking to add long-term teammates to an already strong team Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Previous Lithographic printing experience preferred Responsibilities Maintain can decorators to ensure optimum print quality. Change plates, inks, and other materials for production changeovers. Safely operate lithographic decorating equipment to maximize production output. Monitor print quality and identify material-related issues. Document material issues and work toward timely resolution. Communicate equipment and production concerns with production personnel, management, and the Director of Lithography. Work with production personnel to contain suspect or rejected products. Perform random quality inspections throughout production. Determine production supply needs and secure required materials. Document work performed, errors, and equipment faults. Continuously improve processes to reduce scrap and waste. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Complete assigned work accurately and on time. Assist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels of production supplies. Ensure compliance with OSHA and all federal, state, local, and customer requirements. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Foster strong working relationships by communicating issues and sharing ideas with teammates. Perform other duties as assigned.
