Job Description:

Objective To perform manual assembly and machine operation work on electronic products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, while meeting production standards, schedules and quality requirements. This may include working with various hand tools and equipment. Experience 1+ Years of experience (preferred) working in a manufacturing environment Manual dexterity, ability to use hand tools Ability to speak, read, and write in English Responsibility Comply with company policies Participate in continuous improvement and identify areas for improvement Maintain clean and organized work area OSHA and safety compliance Maintain acceptable attendance. Be punctual and reliable Ensure quality and workmanship, inspecting work performed during and/or after operation Read, learn and follow applicable quality management system procedures and work instructions Work in other areas of manufacturing or perform other duties as requested by department leadership/management Compensation and Shift $17/hr on 1st Shift (6-2:30 + overtime) $18/hr on 2nd Shift (2:30-11 + overtime) •New employees are eligible for variable quarterly profit bonuses
