Temporary, project-based Job Summary We are hiring Production Helpers to support a short-term inventory-counting project in New Lenox, Illinois . This non-technical role focuses on organizing maintenance parts, accurately counting inventory, taking photographs, applying labels, and entering information using a company-provided tablet and mobile application. Training will be provided. No advanced Excel or technical experience is required. Job Duties Organize maintenance parts in a storeroom; parts may be dirty or oily. Count and verify inventory accurately using basic math skills. Photograph parts using a company-provided tablet and application. Review inventory information in Excel and enter required details using a tablet. Apply inventory labels to bins and complete cycle counts. Read and write basic English to follow instructions and record inventory information. Follow site safety procedures and project instructions. Maintain reliable attendance throughout the assignment. Qualifications Reliable and committed to completing the full 4-6 week assignment. Basic English reading and writing skills. Ability to accurately count parts and perform basic math. Basic computer, tablet, or mobile-device skills preferred, but not required. Comfortable learning and using a mobile application for data entry and photography. Available to work Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with no planned overtime. Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled storeroom environment. Comfortable handling parts that may be dirty or oily. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and regularly stand, walk, bend, navigate stairs, and move throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen before starting.
