Schedule & Pay:
2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM $22.73/hour (includes $0.63/hour shift differential) 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM $22.67/hour (includes $0.57/hour shift differential) Overtime, including weekends, may be required based on production needs. Machine Operator Helper Job Duties Assist with setting up, operating, and monitoring manufacturing equipment. Support machine operators during the production process. Monitor machine performance and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines. Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment or maintenance concerns. Complete production and quality documentation accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures. Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Reliable transportation.
