Job Summary Rinstrum is a leading supplier of innovative weighing systems for various industries globally. To strengthen our team in the USA, we are looking for a dedicated Production/ Stores Team Member. Overall, the role requires an enthusiastic person willing to learn and work in all areas of the business, from electronic assembly, warehouse, scale assembly including factory calibration. Some products require assembly and programming which involves using job travelers and work instructions to complete the tasks. Completing this assembly work in advance assist the effectiveness of our scale technicians. The role also includes shipping and receiving. Shipping involves the preparation of parts to ship to customers as directed by the Fulfilment manager to ensure customers receive the correct parts in good condition when expected. The role requires goods receiving and counting/checking and storage in the warehouse allowing the production area to operate effectively so we can supply product to customers in a timely manner and minimise the cost to business of lost or damaged stock.

Work location:

On site (Noble, IL) Responsibilities Picking, Assembly and Testing Accurate use of Job Travelers to pick parts and complete build according using Work Instruction Use test equipment and other diagnostic tools in product assembly in a safe and competent manner To wire custom build consoles according to schematics and written & verbal instructions Maintain clean and orderly workstations Inventory management Successfully verify count and quality of shipments from suppliers Accurate stocktakes Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse Shipping Customer orders packed satisfactorily for shipping with accurate shipping details recorded Successfully use freight company web sites for timely accurate shipping Record shipping weight/volume/dimensions etc. for customer billing Provide feedback to suppliers and resolve inconsistencies Quality Assurance & Compliance Timely detailed feedback on any problems with parts or process to Fulfilment manager To report all product, process or supplier non-conformance Report any potentially hazardous incidents Goods Inwards Receive in goods, accurately count and inspect and place in stores.
