Windy City Organics is looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our chocolate production team in Northbrook. As a Chocolate Production Associate, you'll play an important role in making, packaging, and preparing our chocolate products. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and taking pride in producing high-quality food products. Previous food manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not required. We're happy to train dependable individuals who are ready to learn. What You'll Do Assist with the production, assembly, and packaging of chocolate products. Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently. Follow recipes, production instructions, and established processes to ensure consistency and quality. Monitor products throughout the production process to help ensure quality standards are met. Package, label, and case-pack finished products. Prepare ingredients, materials, and packaging needed for daily production. Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production area. Follow all food safety, sanitation, quality, and workplace safety procedures. Work closely with other production team members to meet daily production goals and complete orders on schedule. Perform other production-related duties as needed. What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic. Comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment. Able to follow instructions and established procedures carefully. Strong attention to detail and quality. Willingness to learn production equipment, food safety procedures, and company processes. Able to work well independently and as part of a team. Previous food manufacturing, production, packaging, or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as packing, labeling, lifting, and handling products. Ability to work safely around production and packaging equipment.
