HR Imaging has several Data Entry positions available at our Ottawa lab. You will receive on the job training and will be mentored to insure our customers receive the exceptional quality All positions are currently on-site and require strong computer skills. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented team member to join our photography production department

Responsibilities:

Enter and process customer photography orders accurately Review orders for accuracy and completeness Virtually verify images, products, and customer information Prepare orders for production and fulfillment Identify and correct order discrepancies Communicate with team members regarding order issues Maintain accurate records and meet production deadlines Follow established quality-control procedures

Skills Requirement:

Strong Windows 10 and 11 computer skills Able to sit or stand for the duration of your shift Be flexible and willing to adapt to help meet production needs Be respectful of others and have a positive attitude
