SHIFT- $17.50/HR +150 SIGN-ON BONUS Aug 31, 2026
Princeton, IL Pay Rate :
$17.5 per hour
Production Associate- Assembly Shift:
2nd Shift 3:00 PM to 1:30
AM Pay Rate:
$17.50 per hour
Sign On Bonus:

Position Summary MS Companies is seeking a motivated and dependable Contingent Employee to support operations within the fast-paced automotive manufacturing industry. This entry-level opportunity is a temporary-to-hire position with the potential for direct hire by the customer, offering employees a pathway to long-term career opportunities based on performance, attendance, and business needs. Contingent Employees play a key role in supporting production, quality, and warehouse operations while upholding company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations within customer facilities Assist with moving materials, products, and inventory throughout the worksite Assemble, sort, inspect, and/or package parts using hand tools, fixtures, or equipment as needed Read and follow work instructions, customer orders, and production specifications Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 lbs. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures Ability to visually identify product differences and defects Qualifications Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, including understanding and following detailed verbal instructions Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or automotive experience preferred but not required Work Hours Work hours and schedules may vary by location, the nature of work, your department, and customers' needs, and are subject to change from time to time to meet business needs.
