Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Excellence Specialist to drive performance, quality, and efficiency across our manufacturing network. In this role, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives, implement lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and standardize best practices to optimize safety, quality, cost, and delivery. You will partner with plant leaders to analyze data, identify losses, and execute improvement roadmaps. Working in a collaborative, inclusive culture, you will coach cross-functional teams, support digitalization, and champion sustainable, reliable operations across our facilities. Responsibilities Lead and execute manufacturing continuous improvement projects using lean and Six Sigma tools. Analyze production data to identify losses, trends, and improvement opportunities. Standardize and implement best practices across plants to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Coach and train plant teams on manufacturing excellence tools, methods, and standards. Partner with operations, quality, engineering, and supply chain leaders to deliver performance targets. Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports for manufacturing excellence initiatives. Support digital and automation initiatives that enhance productivity and reliability. Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving workshops on critical issues. Drive change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement for improvement programs. Ensure alignment of manufacturing excellence initiatives with Nestlé USA's sustainability and business goals.
