2nd Shift or 3rd Shift Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker where you will play a crucial role in our packaging lines and machinery operations. You will be involved in various production tasks, ensuring the efficient flow of products and maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Operate packaging lines and machinery, including dip and dressing lines. Package lids, bowls, bottles, and finished goods. Inspect products and ensure quality control. Maintain product flow on lines and check labels for accuracy. Assist in unjamming lines and managing product changeovers. Monitor packaging and filling lines for efficiency. Lift boxes onto pallets and wrap them securely. Utilize computers for verifying and printing orders. Operate highly automated machinery using EPJS and RF Scanners. Essential Skills 2-3 years of experience in a packaging line. 2+ years of manufacturing experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Proficiency with computers. Experience with inspections and general production tasks. Familiarity with food/chemical industry preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with machine operating for 2+ years. Strong background in packaging and staging. Comfortable with material handling and picking. Willingness to wear steel-toed boots. Why Work Here?
