Pay, Schedule, and Location $18/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Located in Wheeling, IL Duties and Responsibilities Operate complex machinery according to SOPs and production standards Set up and adjust machines for various production tasks Oversee setups on basic machinery and production lines Monitor production processes and perform quality checks Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance Document production metrics and report discrepancies Train and mentor entry-level machine operators Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards Perform other duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 3+ years of manufacturing or production experience preferred Proficient in operating production machinery with strong mechanical aptitude Ability to troubleshoot problems and read technical documents and schematics Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills Basic computer skills, including experience with ERP systems Fluent in English and the primary language used at the work location Machine Operation or related certification preferred Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and/or walk for extended 8-12 hour shifts Ability to frequently push, pull, bend, kneel, twist, crawl, and reach Ability to operate motorized vehicles throughout the work shift Comfortable working in environments where hearing protection may be required -– (Salary range based on experience) -–
