GiftsForYouNow.com is a personalized-gift company that creates custom products for birthdays, weddings, holidays, anniversaries, graduations, and other special occasions. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Associate to help create, personalize, inspect, and package customer orders. This is a hands-on production position . You will work with a variety of products and equipment, and every order must be produced accurately according to the customer's specifications. Previous production experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment used for engraving, printing, embroidery, laser cutting, and other personalization processes.
• Read customer orders carefully and follow personalization instructions exactly.
• Produce and assemble personalized products.
• Check finished products for spelling, personalization, appearance, and quality.
• Package completed orders accurately and prepare them for shipment.
• Maintain a steady pace while meeting daily production and shipping deadlines.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow established production, quality-control, and safety procedures.
• Work cooperatively with the production team and assist with other duties as needed.

Our busiest time of year is November through mid-December . During this period, required overtime and weekend work are part of the job as we work to meet holiday customer deadlines. Applicants must be able to commit to the additional hours and weekend work during this peak season. Experience in any of the following is helpful, but not required:
