Job Description

Manufacturing Associate Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a leading manufacturer in Albion, IN, is hiring Manufacturing Associates for 1st and 2nd shift opportunities. This company is a recognized leader in the production of trailer axles and brake components and offers competitive pay and long-term career opportunities.
Job Summary:
Pay:
$19.70 - $24.70 per hour 1st & 2nd Shift Available Operate machinery and production equipment Assemble axle and brake components Perform quality checks and packing duties Read tape measures and follow work instructions Maintain a safe and organized work area
Qualifications & Physical Requirements:
Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift 35-75 lbs. depending on position Ability to stand for extended periods Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure Strong attendance and reliability required Willingness to work overtime as needed Why Work With Peoplelink?
