We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is open to working overtime when needed. Key Responsibilities Feed, strip, hand-twist, crimp, and heat-shrink wiring with precision. Install components using hand and pneumatic tools to ensure quality assembly. Verify shop orders and apply paint certification marks accurately. Pack, stack, and band axles efficiently for shipment. Strictly adhere to production, quality, and safety standards throughout operations. Maintain a consistent and reliable work pace to meet production goals. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. consistently. Capability to stand for extended periods of time. Basic math skills and proficiency in reading a tape measure. Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required. Dependable attendance and flexibility with overtime are crucial. A diploma or GED is not required for this position.
