We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team member who enjoys working behind the scenes to help make that happen! What You'll Do As a Cupcake Decorator / Production Team Member, you'll help keep our Carmel kitchen running smoothly by: Organizing baked cupcakes and other products based on daily production needs, store inventory, leftovers, and special orders Preparing products for decoration and transportation Decorating cupcakes and other products according to our recipes and processes Helping prepare buttercream and other decorating supplies Working alongside our baking and decorating teams to keep production moving Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary, including dishes, sweeping, mopping, and other cleaning tasks Following food safety and sanitation standards Jumping in to help your teammates wherever needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Dependable

Schedule & Pay Part-time:

Generally less than 30 hours per week Early mornings: Shifts typically begin between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Team members are expected to work until the daily bake list is completed, so shift length can vary based on production needs Full-time opportunity: 30+ hours per week may be available based on business needs and performance

You'll spend much of your shift on your feet and will frequently bend, reach, lift, and carry. You must be able to lift and carry up to approximately 50 pounds , including mixing bowls, sheet trays, pans, boxes, and other kitchen equipment and supplies.
