Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Powder Coat Line Operator to join our 3rd shift manufacturing team! This position supports the daily operation of our powder coat line by preparing, hanging, inspecting, packaging, and shipping parts throughout the coating process. Your work will help deliver durable, visually appealing products that meet customer specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and safety are paramount. Duties Hang and remove metal parts from the powder coat line. Wash and prepare parts prior to the coating process. Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards. Package and prepare finished parts for shipment. Load and unload materials safely throughout the production process. Assist with material handling using carts, forklifts, or overhead cranes (training provided if needed). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Assist with other production duties as assigned. Experience Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift. Knowledge of materials handling equipment such as forklifts is a plus Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and warehouse operations helpful Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
