Production / Assembly Production Assembly Worker We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our production assembly team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety. Responsibilities Assemble products and components according to specifications Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production drawings Accurately measure materials using a tape measure Operate hand and power tools such as drills, impacts, and saws safely and effectively Maintain quality and production standards Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team Keep work area clean and organized Requirements Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Previous carpentry or construction-related experience preferred Basic blueprint reading skills Ability to efficiently read and use a tape measure Ability to follow detailed instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Able to work independently and in a team environment Reliable attendance and positive work ethic Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing or assembly experience Experience using hand and power tools Ability to lift 50 lbs.
