Job Description
General Production WorkerJob Summary We are looking for a dependable General Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will help with different parts of the production process, operate tools and equipment, and follow safety and quality standards. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and grow in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other equipment safely. Help assemble products using hand and power tools. Follow work instructions and read basic drawings or measurements. Check parts to make sure they meet quality standards. Lift and move materials safely. Keep the work area clean and organized. Follow all safety rules and wear required protective equipment (PPE). Work with team members to meet production goals. Help organize inventory and restock materials as needed. Suggest ways to improve production processes. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or factory experience preferred. Experience using forklifts, hand tools, and power tools. Ability to read work instructions and take basic measurements. Knowledge of workplace safety practices. Mechanical skills are a plus. Experience with warehouse work and lifting heavy materials is helpful. Familiarity with lean manufacturing is a plus. Good communication and teamwork skills.
