About the role Join the Thermo Plastics Division at Triangle Rubber & Plastics and play a hands-on role in producing high-quality molded parts used across multiple industries. As a Production Cell Operator, you'll run molding machines, inspect parts for quality, and keep your work area safe, clean, and efficient. Operate assigned production cells, including molding machines and secondary part processes. Perform quality checks at the start of each shift to ensure parts meet specifications. Follow setup and shutdown procedures and keep equipment running smoothly. Record production data, scrap, and other details accurately in Rockware. Package and label finished parts according to instructions and maintain clean work areas. What we're looking for Machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Able to read and follow written schedules, setup instructions, and work manuals. Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. Basic computer or tablet skills for entering production data.
