  $21/hr +$2/hr shift premium

• Training:

• + 6-8 weeks of training + All employees will train on 1st shift: 6:30AM to 3:00PM Monday through Friday
• Responsibilities
• + Load and unload products from machines repeatedly + Push and pull boxes weighing up to 50 lbs + Inspect finished products for quality + Operate shot blasting equipment as needed + Weigh and package products according to specifications + Complete materials and batch documentation accurately + Work safely in a hot, industrial production environment
• Required Qualifications
• + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently + Experience performing general labor or production work + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment + Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift + Minimum of 1 year of stable work history per employer
• Preferred Experience
• + General Production Worker + Production Associate + Production Helper + Machine Operator + Manufacturing or warehouse experience
