Job Description
- General Production Worker
- Pay up to $21/hr-23/Hr

- Indianapolis, IN.

Shift/Pay:
- + 2nd shift
- 2:30 PM-11:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
Pay:
$21/hr +$1/hr shift premium- + 3rd shift
- 10:30 PM
- 7:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday)
Pay:
$21/hr +$2/hr shift premiumTraining:
- + 6-8 weeks of training + All employees will train on 1st shift: 6:30AM to 3:00PM Monday through Friday
- Responsibilities
- + Load and unload products from machines repeatedly + Push and pull boxes weighing up to 50 lbs + Inspect finished products for quality + Operate shot blasting equipment as needed + Weigh and package products according to specifications + Complete materials and batch documentation accurately + Work safely in a hot, industrial production environment
- Required Qualifications
- + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently + Experience performing general labor or production work + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment + Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift + Minimum of 1 year of stable work history per employer

- + General Production Worker + Production Associate + Production Helper + Machine Operator + Manufacturing or warehouse experience
