Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Worker to join our team at an aluminum extrusion plant. This role involves supporting the manufacturing process by assisting with various production tasks to ensure efficient and safe operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate and monitor machinery involved in the aluminum extrusion process to ensure smooth production flow. Assist with loading raw materials and unloading finished products, maintaining proper handling procedures. Perform routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify any issues or safety hazards. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote a safe working environment. Support team members in meeting production targets and quality standards. Conduct basic quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Document production activities accurately and report any discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to supervisors. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery related to aluminum extrusion processes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Good communication skills and reliability in attendance. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and perform manual tasks as needed. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 48.0 per week
