DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Basic mechanical skills Use of hand tools Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders Understanding and use of inventory and inventory control Operate axel grinders, sanders and other powered tools Maintain proper care of powered tools and machinery Must pay close attention to create accurate finished product Work as member of a team Communicate with other employees and departments about work related processes Keep work areas clean and safe Use company ERP system Additional related duties as required

Must be able to use basic hand tools Must have basic mechanical skills Ability to understand and use inventory control system Must be able to read and interpret information in work orders Ability to learn the use of axel grinders, sanders and other power tools Good attention to detail Must observe safety and environmental rules and regulations at all times Ability to learn tasks quickly

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Able to use basic hand tools Prior manufacturing experience, a plus Basic computer experience with windows based products Inventory control experience, a plus Ability to use company ERP system

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

Ability to lift 20-50 lbs. continuously Ability to work in non-air conditioned manufacturing environment Constant standing Frequent bending and stooping Clean work environment Exposure to noise, dust, and airborne particles Tools provided Safety training and other required PPE provided Must submit to pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
