Job DescriptionAs a Line Leader you will be responsible for managing the total operation of the production line to maximize performance within established safety, quality, and cost parameters.
The Line Leader should have:
Proven ability to coach, mentor, energize, and engage hourly and salary team membersStrong desire and drive to learn new systems and processesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with MS Office, including experience using Excel for data analysis Change management experience, with clear vision and ability to think strategicallyThe Line Leader will:
Serve as a customer liaison and ensure customer quality requirements are metAnalyze production data and identify opportunities for increased productivity and qualityDrive to key performance goals for production linesWork with various departments on short term and long-term projectsQualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent is required3-5 years experience supervising people and processes in a manufacturing environmentPrevious experience in glass container manufacturing is highly preferred Significant understanding of Flow Manufacturing concepts that use Continuous Improvement and Kaizen eventsAvailability to support 24/7 operationsAdditional InformationWhat we offer at

Salary Range:
The expected salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $115,000 and includes a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus.
