Job Summary Associates may be trained in several areas of the production floor, including: Bag Inspector

• Ensures integrity of bag seals and verifies date codes after product is formed and filled Block Opening
• Removes block envelopes from fish blocks and keeps pace with the production line Culler / Inspector
• Inspects product and removes rejects during portion or stick production Cutter
• Fills cutter pockets with product to maintain production flow Trim Collection
• Collects, measures, and records rejected product according to quality requirements Palletizer
• Hand-stacks finished product onto pallets Batter / Breader
• Maintains proper operating levels for batter and breader applicators Additional areas include frying and packaging operations.

One area of the facility requires opening and dumping 65-pound fish blocks, briefly microwaving them, and feeding product into machines for proportioning and further cutting.

Starting pay while training $20.75/hour +$1.00/hour increase upon hire-on Additional pay increases after hire: +$0.25 after 3 months +$0.25 after 6 months +$1.00 after 1 year

Qualifications:
