Job Description

Compensation for this position starts at $21.00 per hour, $26.68 after 90 days, with the potential to earn $29.10 after 6 months
Schedule:
2-2-3 with rotating 12 hours shifts, alternating days and nights every two weeks. The Production Associate will work as part of our production line team to produce a quality product at the quantity instructed by management. This position will assist in meeting or exceeding production goals on a consistent basis. Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading items from machines
  • Examining products to ensure conformance to quality standards
  • Observing equipment operations so that any malfunctions are reported to management
  • Wearing all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times in the work area
  • Performing general cleanup and maintenance of work area
  • 6 Months previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Math and reasoning skills as well as proven problem solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 90 pounds and tolerate heat during summer months
