Seeking dependable, safety-focused Production Operators to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, performing quality control inspections, maintaining equipment line flow, and supporting machine changeovers. Responsibilities:
Machine & Line Operation:

Follow standard work instructions and control plans to operate production machinery and keep manufacturing processes running smoothly.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct routine quality checks and input inspection data into the Quality System (GMaP) to maintain process standards.

Line Support & Changeovers:

Assist line team members with equipment changeovers, material staging, and troubleshooting operational issues in real time.

Safety & Workplace Standards:

Strictly adhere to plant safety guidelines, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, Emergency Stops (E-Stops), and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized work area following 5S principles.

Continuous Improvement:

Track reliability and yield trends to support line efficiency and department goals.

Basic computer skills and data entry experience (ability to learn quality tracking systems like GMaP).

Technical Aptitude:

Previous machine operation, mechanical assembly, or industrial troubleshooting experience.

Quality & Lean Manufacturing:

Experience using precision measuring tools, reading process control plans, or working in a 5S/Lean manufacturing environme

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:
Work Schedule:

Ability to work 8-hour shifts (Monday ? Friday) with flexibility for days, nights, extended overtime, weekends, and holidays as production dictates.

Physical Capability:

Ability to frequently lift up to 45 lbs and stand/walk in a fast-paced environment.

Pre-Employment Screening:

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Reliability:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with a strong record of regular, predictable attendance.

Safety Knowledge:

Familiarity with plant safety protocols, proper PPE usage, and LOTO awareness.
