Job Summary:

Ben's Soft Pretzels is looking for dependable, energetic team members to join our bakery team. As a Bakery Production Associate, you'll prepare fresh, hand-rolled pretzels, maintain a clean and organized work area, and provide friendly customer service. No previous bakery experience is required; we provide paid training.

Responsibilities:

prepare and bake pretzels following recipes and quality standards, roll, proof, bake, butter, salt, and package pretzels, prepare dough and ingredients for daily production, maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations, follow all food safety and sanitation procedures, assist customers with orders and provide excellent customer service, operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise, help with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties, work as part of a team to provide a great customer experience.

Qualifications:

Food service or prep experience is a plus, but not required, willing to learn and follow recipes and procedures, reliable, punctual, and dependable, positive attitude with strong customer service skills, able to work well independently and as part of a team, basic math and communication skills.

Schedule:

Part-time and full-time opportunities available, flexible scheduling, weekend and holiday availability preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, perform repetitive hand movements, bend, reach, twist, and move throughout the shift.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced food service setting with time sensitive tasks.
