Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (schedule may be 5:30 AM-4:00 PM) Job Summary Our client in Noblesville, Indiana is seeking an experienced Production Associate I to support the manufacturing, configuration, refurbishment, and repair of world-class ultrasound equipment. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing, repair, or technical experience, strong attention to detail, good computer and technology skills, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions. This role requires someone who can work independently and as part of a team while maintaining high standards for product quality, safety, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Follow controlled work instructions and released documentation to complete assigned production and repair activities. Manufacture, configure, refurbish, troubleshoot, and repair ultrasound systems and components. Evaluate damaged components, identify required replacement parts, and create work orders. Disassemble systems and clean, repair, or replace damaged components. Complete required corrective actions and software/hardware upgrades. Reassemble systems and install required options and accessories. Perform diagnostic and functional tests to verify proper system operation. Accurately record test results and update Device History Records. Identify, segregate, and properly disposition products that do not meet acceptance criteria. Move parts, components, and systems to designated locations as required. Maintain accurate inventory records, including the status and location of parts and systems. Properly maintain tools and test equipment and ensure required calibrations are completed. Follow all site safety policies, quality procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. Maintain required training records and complete assigned training. Identify manufacturing and quality issues and assist with corrective actions and process improvements. Collaborate with engineers, team members, and site leaders to improve quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Maintain a strong focus on product quality and customer outcomes. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of relevant manufacturing, production, repair, or technical experience. Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English. Good computer and technology skills. Ability to follow detailed work instructions accurately. Ability to move parts and materials to designated locations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to work independently and effectively within a team. Excellent attendance, accountability, teamwork, and work ethic. Strong time management skills and willingness to learn. Flexible approach to changing daily tasks and responsibilities. Commitment to safe working practices. Demonstrated proficiency in at least 3 key technical/manufacturing skills relevant to the position. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or higher in technology, engineering, electronics, or a related discipline. Previous manufacturing or service experience in a regulated industry, preferably medical devices. Experience with equipment refurbishment, repair, troubleshooting, or configuration. Demonstrated proficiency across all relevant key technical/manufacturing skills. #
