In this role, you'll support safe and efficient production of cement, aggregates, and related materials by operating equipment, monitoring quality, performing basic maintenance, and following strict safety and environmental standards. You will work closely with a collaborative crew to keep plants and machinery running reliably, troubleshoot issues, complete inspections, and assist with loading, mixing, or batching activities.
