Summit Staffing is currently seeking motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals for an DCC Technician position in a fast-paced production and distribution environment. The DCC Technician supports production and order fulfillment operations by configuring, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and packaging copier and printer equipment and related components. This position plays an important role in maintaining production efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Employees will work with both electronic and mechanical components while following production, safety, and quality standards. Essential Job Duties Configure copier and printer equipment to customer specifications Install circuit boards, software, kits, labels, and additional components Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and product testing Conduct machine analysis and operational evaluations Read and interpret technical instructions, assembly documentation, and packaging specifications Utilize scanners, computer systems, and production software to record and track work Retrieve necessary materials and components for production orders Safely connect and operate equipment for testing and verification Repackage completed products according to shipping specifications Move products and materials throughout production and staging areas Maintain accurate production and repair records Perform quality inspections on completed work Maintain clean and organized workstations and work areas Support team production goals and process improvement initiatives Assist with training and cross-training of employees when needed Follow all company safety policies and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures QualificationsRequired Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate production systems Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work independently and within a team environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications Experience in electronics repair, assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or technical production environments Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience Familiarity with copier, printer, or imaging equipment Experience using hand tools and power tools Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred Knowledge of ESD procedures is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, and reach throughout the shift Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment or willingness to learn Ability to work overtime as needed to support production schedules
