View More Jobs Production Worker, Hourly South Bend, IN, United States (On-site) Be the First to Apply Job Description In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations, supporting timely product delivery and maintaining Honeywell's reputation for excellence in aerospace manufacturing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform assembly and production tasks according to established procedures and quality standards. Inspect products and components for defects or deviations, ensuring compliance with specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. Report any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel for resolution. Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE NDT
level 2 certification Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work precisely to meet quality standards. Familiarity with basic hand tools and production equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
WE VALUE
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in aerospace or related manufacturing industries is preferred. Good teamwork and collaboration skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Reliability and strong work ethic. Qualifications
