Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Metal Spinner/Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and setting up metal spinning machines to produce high-quality metal components. Your expertise will ensure precision, safety, and efficiency in the fabrication process. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency with various machining tools, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate metal spinning machines and related forming equipment to shape metal parts according to technical specifications Set up and adjust machinery such as press brakes, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, and stamping presses for optimal performance Interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication Use precision measurement instruments to verify dimensions and quality of finished products Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime Follow safety protocols diligently during all machine operations and handling of materials Collaborate with team members on tooling setup, machine calibration, and quality inspections Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or deviations promptly Requirements Proven experience operating metal spinning machines, CNC laser cutting, CNC programming, and other machining equipment Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of forming machines, sheet metal fabrication, and welding techniques Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately Proficiency with measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges for quality control Familiarity with safety standards in manufacturing environments and adherence to safety protocols Basic math skills including shop math necessary for measurements and calculations Experience with CNC programming, setup, and operation is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge of tooling setup, machine operation, and troubleshooting processes Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail If you are passionate about precision machining, metal fabrication, and ensuring high-quality production standards, we encourage you to apply today.
