Position Summary The Production Technician Associate will report directly to the Plant Manager or their designate and is responsible for performing a variety of production tasks to assist with operations in production.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate a forklift. Packaging 10 - 50 lb. bags of bulk product via saddle to pallet as well as filling 3000 lb. super sacks and 50,000 lb. tankers Cleaning of the warehouse, and work area, as required. Perform Daily Maintenance Checks in accordance with the procedures. Calls specialists when more serious problems arise. Tracks various data associated with production equipment. Reports any inconsistencies and uses standard repair procedures. Work in compliance with company safety and operating procedures. Maintain high production levels in areas of responsibility. Taking samples per the quality standards Ensures all batch sheets and samples are turned into the quality lab in a timely manner. Ensuring finished products are packaged and labeled to customer specifications and bulk trailers are labeled with the correct customer information. Ensuring proper material is being used per customer formulations. Other duties, as assigned by Management.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Previous forklift experience Ability to lift 50lbs. Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
