Grain Processing Corporation ("GPC"), a member of the

™ family of companies, is looking for motivated, mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as Process Operators in Washington, Indiana. This position is designed and intended to be performed in Washington, Indiana. What You'll Do Operate, monitor, and adjust processing equipment to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable production. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, partnering with maintenance teams to minimize downtime. Own daily operations of assigned processes while meeting production, quality, environmental, and safety goals. Collect samples, perform quality checks, and maintain accurate production and compliance records. Maintain a clean, organized work area that supports operational excellence and workplace safety. Support product handling, inventory movement, and railcar/truck loading and unloading activities. Collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement and plant performance. Follow all safety and environmental standards while identifying and reporting potential hazards. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus. Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using computers, production systems, and electronic documentation. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to work in varying temperatures, elevated heights, confined spaces, and dusty industrial conditions. Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and wear required PPE. Availability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Why Join GPC?
