Apply tape to join thin veneer sheets so they stay secured and won' t split during productionInspect veneer sheets for quality and specification conformance before tapingDetect and report defective materials or quality issues to your supervisorComplete required production documentation accurately and on timeMaintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety regulationsFollow lockout/tagout and other prescribed safety proceduresYou' ll be stationed at one workstation — this is focused, hands-on work that rewards consistency and care. Who Thrives in This RoleYou take pride in doing detail-oriented work correctly every timeYou' re comfortable standing and working at a stationary position for a full shiftYou have good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordinationYou can follow written and verbal instructions preciselyYou work well independently and hold yourself to a high standardYou' re reliable — you show up, on time, every day QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred — but not required to apply1 year of factory or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to stand for extended periods at a stationary workstationStrong manual dexterity; close vision and color vision requiredAbility to lift up to 20 pounds occasionallyAbility to pass a background check and drug screen What You' ll Get$17.00/hr — paid weeklyDay shift — home every eveningMonday
