And that mission starts with YOU! We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Paint Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the production process and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Production Paint Associate The Production Paint Associate is responsible for producing high-quality finished wood components in a safe, efficient, and consistent manner. This role supports the finishing process by preparing, spraying, inspecting, repairing, and moving product throughout the department to meet customer specifications and production goals. The Production Paint Associate plays a key role in achieving proper color, texture, and finish quality while maintaining workflow efficiency from sanding through final shipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Previous manufacturing or finishing experience preferred Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered Ability to read and follow work instructions, production orders, and color specifications Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environment Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Physical Demands & Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, and use hands and arms Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds. Team lifting anything over 50 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive motions and handle finishing equipment Specific vision abilities include close vision, color recognition, and depth perception Exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, fumes, and finishing chemicals Work environment may include noise, humidity, and varying temperatures Required use of PPE such as safety glasses and other department-specific equipment
Schedule:
Day Shift Only
  • 6:00 AM
  • 2:30 PM (Up to 4:30 PM) Monday
  • Friday (Saturdays as scheduled)
Benefits:
Paid Time Off:
Prorated PTO amount upon hires available to use after 60 days of employment! 80 hours of PTO within the 1st year of employment. 120 hours of PTO after 2 years!
Quarterly Bonus:
Ability to earn 8% of your wages annually, based on quarterly measured company performance metrics. Insurance Enrollment after 60
