Production Associate Location:
1000 N. Union St. Council Grove, KS 66846United States of America Shifts Available:
2nd Shift (Monday-Thursday) 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM Benefits start first of month! We are hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates to set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. On-the-job training is provided. Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate machines according to work instructions
- Load and unload materials and monitor production quality
- Use basic measuring tools
- Adjust machine controls as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety and company policies
- Report equipment or quality issues to supervision
- Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and communication skills
- Strong attention to safety
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Flexible to work in different roles Education & Experience
- Training provided for the position Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, bend, twist, push, and pull throughout shift
- Work in a noisy manufacturing environment
