What You'll Do
As a Team Lead, you'll play a key role in keeping our distribution running efficiently and safely.
Your responsibilities will include:
Oversee production, scheduling and floor operations.
Support daily operations and team performance.
Train and support team members for success. Monitor equipment, personnel, and processes to ensure operational needs and performance expectations are consistently met. What We're Looking For
Minimum of 1 year as a machine operator with BG or similar experience strongly preferred.
Minimum of 1 year leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge and skills with leadership, communication, and computer technology.
Comfortable working with machinery and production management strongly preferred.
Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-focused.
Humble, Hungry, and Smart.
Willingness to learn, grow, work overtime and take on additional responsibilities.
