Starting pay:
$20.00 plus shift differential

12-hour shifts, 7:00pm-7:00am or 7:00am-7:00pm

$300 after 45 days with satisfactory attendance Job Overview Soy Operators help produce soy-based products safely and efficiently. Duties include operating production equipment, monitoring the process, performing quality checks, keeping the work area clean, and following food safety and workplace safety procedures. Responsibilities Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and safely work around soy, a major food allergen. Work effectively as part of a team in a high-temperature environment. Read, understand and extract vital information from detailed batch records in written and electronic formats. Prepare, clean, and operate equipment and perform minor repairs. Follow SOPs for cleaning, packaging, and material inspections. Maintain dependable and regular attendance. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of the team. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency. Able to lift up to 50lbs. Able to work in a fast paced food production environment. Willing to work overtime as needed. Previous manufacturing, production, or general labor experience is preferred:however, we are willing to train dependable and motivated candidates who are new to manufacturing.
